Bulk uses a bundle model — you subscribe to the specific capabilities your factory needs, not a fixed tier. Each bundle is priced per factory site per month.

The price per site decreases as you add more sites. Your first site pays the standard rate; each additional site you add gets progressively cheaper. A 10-site manufacturer might save 60–70% compared to paying the 1st-site rate for each location.

A site is a manufacturing location, factory, or facility. Each site independently subscribes to the bundles it needs. Factory A might need Production Execution, while a smaller satellite site only needs Visual Management and Compliance & Risk — and they'd pay accordingly.

Yes. That's the point. Each site subscribes to exactly the bundles it needs. A main factory might have all 5 bundles. A smaller office might only have People & Knowledge and Visual Management.

The price per site drops as you add more sites across your tenant (company account):

• 1st site: full price
• 2nd site: lower price
• 3rd site: lower again
• 4th–5th site: lower still
• 6th–25th site: very cheap per site

The discount applies per bundle. If Site A has Visual Management and Site B adds Visual Management, Site B gets the 2nd-site rate for Visual Management specifically.

Production Execution has two components:

1. Platform fee per site — covers job management, AI scheduling, OEE dashboards, and routing engine
2. Per-workstation fee — one fee per active tablet/device on the shop floor

Example: 1 site with 5 workstations = $500 + (5 × $150) = $1,250/month.

Both the platform fee and per-workstation fee also get volume discounts as you add more sites.

Go to Settings → Entities → Add Entity. Name the site, set its timezone, and select the bundles it needs. Pricing is shown based on how many sites you already have for each bundle. The new entity is active immediately.

Yes. Removing a bundle sets it to cancel at the end of your current billing period. The modules remain accessible until then.

AI credits power the built-in AI Assistant — use it to query job status, analyse OEE trends, get quality summaries, plan maintenance schedules, and more.

Every subscription includes 100 credits/month free. Production Execution adds an extra 200 credits/site/month.

When credits run out, the assistant pauses until the next billing cycle. You can subscribe to an AI tier for more: Starter (500/mo · $59), Pro (2,500/mo · $199), Scale (10,000/mo · $699).

1 credit = 1 AI interaction (query + context + response).

Paper Document Processing is an add-on OCR service. Upload PDFs and images (delivery notes, purchase orders, work orders, drawings). Bulk's AI:

1. Extracts fields automatically (customer, part number, quantity, process type)
2. Creates inbound documents
3. Auto-generates production jobs

It's priced by documents processed per month:

• Starter: 200 docs/month · $299
• Business: 1,000 docs/month · $749
• Scale: 5,000 docs/month · $1,499

Documents exceeding the page cap (10/20/50 pages per tier) count as 2 units. Manual document entry always works even at quota.

Enterprise capabilities are available on top of any bundle combination:

Yes. SSO is available as an Enterprise Add-on and is implemented by our customer support team during onboarding. This allows your team to use existing corporate credentials to access the Bulk platform, streamlining authentication and improving security.

Yes. Our REST API Access enterprise add-on unlocks full read/write capabilities for bidirectional ERP synchronization, along with Webhooks for real-time event triggers (e.g., "Job Completed" → Update ERP Inventory).
