For Production and Enterprise plans, our pricing aligns with your physical footprint. You pay a base license fee plus a fee for each active digital workstation (tablet) on the shop floor.

  • Scalable: If you start with 5 machines, you pay for 5. If you expand to 50, the system scales with you.
  • Unlimited Users: We do not charge per user seat. You can have unlimited operators, managers, and finance staff accessing the platform.

Yes. The Lean Pro tier is designed to replace your physical whiteboards and paper safety forms immediately. It requires no hardware integration with your machines. You can start a trial, digitize your morning stand-ups, and start logging safety incidents in minutes.

  • Lean Pro: Can be live in < 48 hours.
  • Production: Typically 2-4 weeks per site. We provide "Train the Trainer" resources and assist with configuring your Master Data (Parts, Assets, Users).
  • Enterprise: We offer managed onboarding sprints with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to handle multi-site rollouts.
OPERATIONS

Shop Floor Operations & Hardware

We are 100% hardware agnostic to minimize your Capital Expenditure (CapEx).

  • Operators: Any standard tablet (iPad, Android, Surface) or Touchscreen PC running a modern browser.
  • Teamboards: Any 4K Smart TV with a browser, or a standard TV connected to a low-cost mini-PC stick (e.g., Intel NUC).
  • Scanners: Any standard Bluetooth/USB barcode scanner works for our "Scan-to-Load" features.

We understand factories are fast-paced. We built a specific "Job Unwind" feature. If a job is accidentally marked complete, an Admin can reverse the transaction to its previous state without corrupting your data history. Admins can also manually override production quantities/times if needed.

Yes. Every workstation has an SOP Station button. This gives operators one-click access to PDF Standard Operating Procedures and Video Instructions relevant to the specific job or asset they are working on.

The system supports both single-piece flow and Batch Processing. Operators can load multiple jobs into a single run, and the system will allocate production time and consumables across the batch appropriately.

Yes. The Consumables feature allows operators to log material usage (e.g., films, chemicals, raw materials) directly against the job ID during production.

Yes. We enforce a strict Document Lifecycle (Draft → Review → Publish).

  • Live documents cannot be edited on the fly; they must go through a formal revision process.
  • The system maintains a full history of previous versions for audit purposes.

The system auto-generates a Weekly Quality Report containing a 6-Week Pareto Analysis to highlight your top defect trends. You can drill down into defects by User, Asset, Part Number, or Process, ensuring you know exactly where and why waste is occurring.

Yes. Our Inbound Automation module uses AI to scan PDFs of Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes.
